What this website collects
This website has no contact forms and does not ask you to register. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number through the site.
The only things that pass through here are:
- Technical browsing data — IP address, browser type, pages visited. These keep the site running and protect it. They are handled by our hosting provider.
- Anonymous visit statistics, only if you accept cookies (see the Cookie notice).
When you contact us
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we use the details you give us — name, contact, dates of stay — only to reply to you and to handle your booking. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
WhatsApp is a service operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and messages pass through their servers. If you would rather not use it, you can always call or send an email.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to reply and to handle your stay, and afterwards for the period required by Italian tax law and by the rules on reporting hotel guests to the public security authorities.
Who we share it with
- The public security authorities, as Italian law requires of anyone providing accommodation
- Our accountant and technical service providers, strictly as needed
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to object to processing. Just write to albergo.milena@libero.it. If you believe something is wrong, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
